Fattoria Le Terrazze

Fattoria Le Terrazze has belonged to the Terni Family since 1882, and the winery, still in use today, was built in the same year. Since then wine has always been produced with Montepulciano grapes grown on the estate.

With rigorous guidance in the vineyard from agronomist Federico Curtaz and in the winery from oenologist Attilio Pagli, Antonio and Georgina Terni produce Rosso Conero, its reserve Sassi Neri and, only in special vintages, Visions of J.

Beside these DOC wines we also produce the IGTs Chaos (a blend of Montepulciano, Syrah and Merlot), Chardonnay Le Cave and Donna Giulia a Methode chanpenoise sparkler. Last but not least the IGT Planet Waves which was created by request from Bob Dylan whose signature appears on the backlabel.

Approximately twenty hectars of vineyards produce around 90.000 bottle per year.
